Chapter 35
I was clearly a possibility that Matthew had noticed a long time ago, yet when he saw it with his own eyes, his heart till felt as if it had been struck by something. Jumade Matthew feel as if he was over the moon.
He couldn’t help imagining what the baby would look like when he was
as still i
in Nadia’s belly, when he was born, and how he would look as he grew
Every image of his imagination made Matthew’s expectations of the baby feel more real.
Matthew couldn’t help but grip the report in his hand tighter, leaving it slightly wrinkled, because of the expectation in his heart.
Matthew looked at Nadia and asked, “Are you still throwing up badly!”
The tenderness in his eyes made Nadia unable to resist him.
She turned to look away slightly and said, “I’m alright.”
Matthew replied with a “hmm” and his eyes lingered on her slightly thin body for a moment. Then, he looked at her and said. I’ve seen you pregnant before”
Therefore, when Matthew saw Nadia again, her sudden loss of weight and the check–up report on the coffee table gave him a vague gueu. However, be didn’t think much about it at that time. By giving him a blood test report deliberately to cover things up, Nadia’s move only left him more suspicious.
Moreover, with how secretive she was being, it was not difficult for Matthew to guess that she
was pregnant.
Nadia didn’t say anything else. From the moment Matthew suddenly came to her, she knew that she couldn’t hide it from him. It only depended on whether he would expose her or not.
“I want to move here, Matthew sid
Nadia refused subconsciously, “No”
“Or you can move in with me” Matthew gave her another choice.
Nadia still shook her head. “No.”
“You have to pick one. Either I’m moving in with you, or you’re moving in with me.” Matthew stood very firm on this matter. “I’m not leaving you alone.”
Speechless, Nadia realized that when Matthew stood firm, she had no room to refuse him at all.
“Don’t be like this, Matthew Nadia tried to reason with him calmly.

Nadia fell silent.
“I’m partly responsible for the baby. I can’t leave you and the baby alone, Matthew said as he looked at Nadia’s bedroom with only one bed in it. “If you don’t agree, I’ll have to inove in”
Nadia was rendered speechless,
“Nadia, this concerns you and the baby’s safety. I can’t do as you wish Matthew looked at Nadia and said calmly but firmly, “You can now, or I’ll go back to the hotel to pack.
“The staying at Cloraxy Hotel, which is not far from here. You saw it in the afternoon,” he added.

“I don’t want to go, and I don’t want you to come either, Matthew Nadia tried to reason with him. “It wasn’t easy for me to take this step. Don’t force me to turn back.
I’m not forcing you to turn back, Matthew said, “but as long as the baby is still in your belly, I have the responsibility and obligation to take care of you and the baby”
“I’m the baby’s father, Nadia,” he said. “This is my responsibility and my right.”
Nadia didn’t know what to say.

Chapter 35
Matthew took out his phone and called Rodney. “Rodney, please take my suitcase to Supreme Apartment Building”
On the other end of the line, Rodney asked. “Huh?”
Nadia also looked at Matthew angrily. “Hey, you can’t do this.”
Matthew hung up the phone and looked at her. “Nadia, you’re pregnant now. I can’t possibly let you live alone. There’s no room for negotiation on
this matter.
“If you don’t want to make a decision, I’ll make it for you. I’m moving in, Matthew added.
- Nadia had seen how domineering Matthew could be before. He was rarely like this and only became like this when it concerned her or her child’s health. When he made a decision for her directly, it already meant that the matter was settled.
Nadia had never had a chance to negotiate with Matthew before on this matter.
In the end, Nadia had no choice but to compromise.

“But” Nadia looked at Matthew, Tm just giving it a try first. If I don’t feel used to it, I can leave at any time? Matthew looked at her and finally nodded. “Okay”
Nadia packed a few outfits lightly and left. She did not intend to stay there for long-
Matthew didn’t force her in this respect.
Nadia took the VIP elevator straight to the presidential suite on the top floor with Matthew
This was the first time Nadia had been here.
The hotel was decorated in a low–key but luxurious style, which was in line with the brand’s positioning.
Nadia couldn’t help but look around curiously.
Matthew looked at her and said, “You seem to have never been to Cloraxy Hotel before.”
Nadia nodded. “Yes, I didn’t travel much.”
Matthew said, “You didn’t stay here even when you went abroad,”
Nadia thought for a moment and looked at Matthew. “Your hotel is too expensive. I can’t afford to stay here”
Matthew smiled slightly, but he hid it quickly.
No matter how expensive the hotel was, she was his wife. It made no sense for her to not be able to afford to stay in his hotel. Matthew knew that Nadia did so because she wanted to distinguish clearly between what was his and what was hers, so that they wouldn’t owe each other anything when they divorced.
Nadia also noticed the cold smile on Matthew’s face. She pretended not to see it and looked away.
Matthew opened the door to the suite, looked around the suite, and looked at Nadia. “You can stay in the master bedroom. I’ll stay in the other bedroom. Call me if y you need anything”
Nadia looked into the room and nodded hesitantly.
Seeing that she was still a litle hesitant, Matthew added, “Don’t worry, I’m just here on a business trip. I won’t stay here for long”
