Awe, that’s nice of you.” I replied as I smiled back at Turner. “Anyway, how’s it going with your new tutor? Are you finding it easy to learn from her?” I asked him as moved my gaze back to the
movie.
“Yeah, it’s so easy to learn from her Thanks so much for referring her to me.” He answered me as he also looked at the TV screen.
“You’re welcome.” I replied as I watched Jenna Ortega answer the phone when the masked serial killer called her.
“The tutor’s teaching is so good and she has encouraged me to apply to Standard West College, so I applied.” Turner said, making me turn my gaze back to him.
“Wow! That’s amazing news! I’m so happy for you! You deserve a good future and I’m sure that Standard West College would guarantee that.” I replied as I gave him an encouraging smile.
“It’s all because of your help. You’ve turned my whole life around!” He declared as he smiled back at me
“No, you’re the one that has turned your life around and it’s for the better!” I exclaimed, trying to motivate him.
He chuckled as he nodded, “I’m so glad that you caught me on that day.”
I nodded and then asked him, “So what course will you be studying at the College?”
“Political science.” He answered me with a proud look on his face. “Whoa! That’s a great course, but what made you go for it?” I asked, curiously.
“Well, I want to be the president someday and make the rules in the country or at least a senator and make some changes to the state.” He answered me as he rubbed his hands together.
I couldn’t help, but laugh and reply, “That would be amazing!”

“That is, if it ever happened. I’ve heard that most of the presidents. didn’t study political science before they became presidents and neither did the governors.” He muttered as he rubbed the back of his neck, nervously.
“It can happen and it ‘will‘ happen. Just believe in yourself and study hard.” I encouraged.

“Thanks for the pep talk.” He muttered as he looked like he meant.
“No need to thank me. Just dishing out the truth.” I replied as I looked back at the TV.
“Uh, Farrah, Jess, can I invite some other pack members to watch this movie? I’m sure that they’ll love it because they love all the other scream movies.” Turner asked as he looked between the two of us.
Jess nodded as she answered him, “Yeah, sure.”
I nodded too, “Yeah, just call them up.”
“Okay. I’ll just text them.” He replied and pulled out his phone from his pants pocket.
He started typing on his phone and I concentrated on the movie.
Ten minutes later, Alpha Cameron, the Beta, Parker and Turner’s best friend, Garry walked into our living room.
I was a bit surprised since I didn’t expect him to invite Alpha Cameron. I was also flustered since I kept wondering whether he liked
me or not.
“Hey.” Alpha Cameron greeted us.
“Hi.” I greeted back while Jess replied formally, “Welcome, Alpha.”
He didn’t ask her to call him by his name, and I wondered if I was the only one that got the favour of calling him by his name.
The rest only nodded at us, and we nodded back.
Beta Parker and Garry sat on the couch where Turner was sitting while

Alpha Cameron walked over to my couch and sat down beside me.
I feit my cheeks flush and so many thoughts raced through my head as I tried to interpret what he meant by sitting beside me.
Maybe it was because the other couch already had people sitting on it, so he decided to sit beside me.
I decided to relax and watch the movie so that I would enjoy it.
So I moved my attention back to the movie and continued watching it.
Suddenly, the scene turned extreme as the main character – Jenna Ortega was stabbed several times by the masked serial killer.
I couldn’t help, but jump as I watched the gruesome scene and in doing so, I hit Alpha Cameron accidentally.
“Oh my
God! I’m so sorry, it was an accident!‘
it was an accident!” I quickly explained as held my hand against my mouth.
His lips tugged up into a reassuring smile as he said, “You don’t need to worry about it. Besides, if you’re scared, I can just hold you and protect you.”
My cheeks reddened in a blush and I shook my head frantically as I muttered, “Oh, no, there’s no need for that.”
He chuckled in his velvety voice as he murmured, “Alright, if you say so.”
Was he flirting with me? He was definitely flirting with me! No, I couldn’t get in over my head. He was probably just being nice.
“Nope, he was definitely flirting.” Willow said as she heard my inner
conflict.
My blush deepened and he glanced at me as if he knew what I was thinking.
He leaned closer to me and raised his hand to touch my face.
His fingers pinched my cheeks as he asked in his enticing voice,
“Why are you blushing so hard?”
“Because of you.” Willow swooned in my head.

I almost laughed at her, but I was too nervous and shy as Alpha Cameron stared at me.
“1- uh. I’m just hot, that’s all, and I’m sure that the AC will cool me down soon, so no need to worry about it.” I quickly said the excuse as I fanned my face with my hand.
His smile widened and then he chuckled in his enticing voice,
“Alright, if you say so.”
“Jenna Ortega is such a great actor and she’s so young!” Jessica commented as she glanced at me, making Alpha Cameron lean back slightly.
“Yeah, she is and to think that she started as a Disney actor.” I replied as I felt my cheeks cooling down.
I could feel Alpha Cameron‘ s stare on me throughout the rest of the
movie.
A few days later, I was walking out of school alone when I saw Jacob. He was standing there staring at me as if he was waiting for me to
come out.
