Chapter 25
“Yeah, from what Ashley tells me, you’ll soon be out Luna.” Mrs. Wesley explained as she continued grinning at me.
I laughed as I shook my head, “Believe, it’s nothing like that.”
She didn’t look like she believed, and glanced over her shoulder as she yelled, “Ashley! Luna Farrah is out here waiting for you!”
“I’m coming, Mom!” I heard Ashley yell back.
“Do you want to come in?” Mrs. Wesley asked as she stepped aside to let me in, but I shook my head.
“No need for that. We’re in a hurry.” I replied as I interlaced my fingers.
“Alright.” She replied and smiled at me again.
Ashley appeared in the doorway and grabbed my hand, “Come on, let’s go!”
“Okay.” I replied to her then looked over my shoulder at Mrs. Wesley as Ashley pulled me away, “Bye, Mrs. Wesley!”
“Bye, Luna Farrah!” She replied, waving at me.
I turned back around as Ashley grinned, “I can’t wait to get to this. sick party! I’ve always dreamed of going to a cool party in College!”
I chuckled as I replied, “It does sound exciting.”
It didn’t take us long before we arrived at Kelsey Brooks‘ s party. Loud party music was blaring from the house and could be heard from down the street even without using our werewolf hearing.
Ashely rang the doorbell when we reached the house, but no one answered the door.
She waited for a few minutes then knocked and it was the same thing. That was when I realized what was going on.
“The music’s too loud, they can’t hear us knocking or ringing the doorbell.” I said as I glanced at her.

“Oh!” She exclaimed as she nodded.
“Let’s just go in then.” She suggested and pushed the door open. “Okay.” I replied as 1 followed her into the house.
The house was full of werewolf College students as they danced, drank and played games.
I was curious as to what kind of games they were playing, so I looked closely and listened carefully with my heightened werewolf sight and hearing.
A group of four guys a
and six girls were sitting in a circle, and one girl is spinning a bottle in the middle of the circle.
When the bottle stopped spinning, its mouth pointed at a guy sitting opposite her.
She grinned and asked, “Truth or dare?”
“Dare.” He answered her with a teasing smile playing on his lips.
I realized that they had mixed up spin the bottle and truth or dare. They must have been having fun.
I noticed another group playing never have I ever as they drank booze whenever they were guilty of doing that mentioned activity.
“There’s Kelsey! Let’s go say ‘hi‘! Ashley exclaimed as she grabbed my arm and pulled me towards the bar.
Yes, her house had a bar because it was almost like a fricking. mansion!
I could see why Kelsey Brooks was deemed the coolest she–wolf in Standard West College and why everyone came to her parties. She was loaded!
I wondered where her parents were, but I decided to ask Ashley after we left the party.
“Hi, Kelsey. Nice party!” Ashley said as she smiled at Kelsey Brooks as soon as we reached her and her group of three friends.
Her friends were all she–wolves and they seemed just as cool as her.
She smiled at Ashley as she nodded, “Thanks, Ashley.”
She turned her gaze to me then turned back to Ashley and asked,
“Oh, and who’s this? Your new friend?”
She nodded and answered her, “Yeah, she’s new here and her name’s. Farrah.”
“Woah, Farrah! That’s a cool name. Kelsey complimented as her lips stretched into a smile.
I smiled back at her to be nice and replied, “Thanks! And nice to meet you, Kelsey. I have to say that I like your party; it seems so fun!”
Her smile widened into a grin as she said, “Oh, it’s really fun! Wait until you try the margaritas, that’s when you’ll know that it’s really fun.”
“Anyway, nice talking to you, Kelsey. We’ll see you around.” Ashley said as she gave her a polite smile..
“You’re not staying to talk more? You never stay to talk with me, Ashley or are you shy?
Anyway, why don’t you two come hang out with us some other time, let’s say in two days?
I’ll be having a private pool party between just a few of us she–wolves, and you guys seem cool enough.” Kelsey suggested as she scanned
the room.
How did I get invited to second party so soon?
Did I look ‘that cool?
I really hoped so.
Ashley looked so excited as her grin turned wider and her eyes lit up,
“Yes! We would love to come to this exclusive party!”
“I would love that too!” She replied as she looked back at Ashley.
She glanced at me as I answered her, “I would love to come too.”
She clapped her hands lightly, “Awesome! We’ll make the necessary

arrangements to add you two to the party.”
“Alright, see you then.” Ashley bid her goodbye and she waved at
her.
I waved back at her and Ashley pulled me away from them then started leading me towards stairs.
“Mark just mindlinked me and told me that they’re on the second floor.” She said as she glanced at me.
She finally let go of arm, and I let out a sigh of relief since I wouldn’t be dragged around anymore.
“Who’s Mark?” I asked, feeling a bit confused.
“My friend. We take four classes together. He’s with Aiden and Jenny, and they’re all my friends.” She answered me as we reached the second floor.
“I can even introduce you to Aiden. He’s a pretty nice guy.” She added as she led me to a room.
“That’s so nice of you, Ashley!” I exclaimed, feeling surprised that she was actually serious about introducing me to another guy.
“You’re nicer!” She replied and I chuckled.
I saw three pack members in the room that we entered which I noticed was the study.
