“Wow!” 1 exclaimed in awe as I stared at the sky.
“Beautiful, right?” Aiden asked as he also turned to stare at the sky. “Yeah.” I replied as I drew in a deep breath and let it out.
He led me to a cushioned bench in the back of the balcony and we sat down.
We started at the sky for a few minutes, just enjoying the view before he took my hand again, pulling my attention back to him.
“I actually asked you to come here with me because I really like you,

“That’s really great, Aiden, but I would have to think about it.” I muttered as I pulled my hand out of his.
Suddenly, his expression changed and anger appeared on his face as he glared at me, “What do you mean that you need to think about it? A hot guy like me ask you, a second–hand she–wolf out, you’re supposed to say yes and be excited, not try to reject me!”
My brows raised in surprise as I stood up, “Woah there! Wait a minute! Who told you I’m a second–hand she–wolf? Just because I’ve been mates before doesn’t mean that I lack value, and how dare you talk to me with such disrespect?!”
“I don’t care about your value because I’m taking what I want and I want you!” He yelled as he stood up too anyway grabbed me by the shoulders.
Before I could react, he smashed his lips against mine and I felt repulsed.
His hands roamed my body as he pinned me against the wall with his body.

“Go to hell!” I cursed out, filling with rage.
“Don’t act like you don’t want this, wearing that skin tight dress and then there’s the sweetheart neckline You must want me to take you right here.” He yelled as he held my hands while I tried to push him.

He started kissing my neck and I growled in anger.
“Just shift, Farrah. You can’t get out of this without shifting.” Willow muttered in my head.
“But my dress would be ruined! Maybe I can try kneeing him where the sun doesn’t shine.” I suggested since I really loved that dress.
“He’s stronger than you physically and that’s because you’re in human form, so you’re stronger than him in wolf form since you’re a Luna wolf!” She exclaimed, sounding worried.
I realized she was right, especially since Aiden was now trying to pull up my dress.
“Stop! Get off me!” I yelled, my last attempt at trying to get him off me in human form.
“I won’t! At least not until I get what I want! I’ll even mark you to make sure that you don’t think of taking an Alpha as your mate!” He yelled, sounding jealous and deranged.
His wolf teeth extended, especially his fangs and as he leaned his head. down to my neck.
As his fangs grazed my neck, I shifted into my wolf form.
He was pushed aside and he stumbled then fell down.
I growled at him and he looked scared at how large my wolf was.
Before I could do anything, he turned around and ran away.
I shifted back to my human form as I thought about of how I couldn’t go back to the study or stay at the party since my dress was now wrecked and I was now standing in my expendable shorts and top. Besides, I couldn’t even face Ashley now after what Aiden did to me, and I didn’t know whether he had gone back in there with them or

So I decided to go home.
I ran out of the balcony, down the stairs and out of the party house. Kelsey saw me while I was running towards the front door and tried talking to me, but I couldn’t, so I didn’t stop.
As soon as I was out of the house, I shifted into my wolf form again and started running home.
Tears dripped down my furry cheeks as I ran and Willow coeed,
“Don’t cry, Farrah. Everything’s going to be alright.”
“Thanks for the comforting words, Willow.” I murmured back.
It didn’t take long before I reached the pack house, so I shifted back into my human form.
My phone started ringing and I pulled it out of my purse to see an unknown number.
I sighed as I answered the call, “Hello?”
“Hi, Farrah. It’s so good to hear your voice.” Jacob’s voice floated through the phone and it sounded like he was drunk.
“Don’t call me again, Jacob!” I yelled then hung up and blocked the
number.
More tears slipped down my cheeks as I sat down on the steps of the porch.
How did I my life turn out like this?
Did I really not have any value anymore?
Will I ever find a good he–wolf?
Finding another mate after losing one was usually hard in the werewolf community, but since I was a Luna wolf, I should have a better chance.
Maybe I would never find a good he–wolf to become my mate.
“Farrah, why are you sitting out here all alone?” Alpha Cameron asked me as he walked out of the pack house.

When he saw the tears in my eyes, his expression softened, and he came and sat down beside me.
“Why are you crying? What upset you?” He asked me as he moved his hand to my face to wipe my tears away, but I flinched.
When he saw my reaction, he moved his hand back to his lap and he looked worried as he said, “I’m sorry, I didn’t mean to scare you.”
I shook my head as I wiped my tears away, “No, it’s not you. It’s just that I’m having a really bad night.”
