Eric’s face darkened. Due to his affection for the children, Olivia’s words ignited his anger in an instant.
Olivia bit her lip, determined not to show a

“Ms. Garcia, I think you owe my children an apology,” Ashley insisted, resolute in protecting her kids from insult.
I don’t think so.” Olivia stubbornly declared through clenched teeth. She saw no reason to apologize. She thought that if these two kids hadn’t shown up, Erie wouldn’t be ignoring her.
Ryan sensed the friction between Olivia and his mother. Believing his mom was being mistreated, he retorted, “It’s something like that. Our teacher taught us manners, but I guess there’s no lecture on dealing with people like you.”

Ryan had always been straightforward, possessing a strong will to defend his sister and mom since childhood, unable to tolerate anyone mistreating them.
Olivia’s face flushed with anger, her breathing heavy, yet she found herself at a loss for words.
Before Eric could intervene, he witnessed the boy’s self–assured defense. Eric couldn’t suppress an inner smile. This boy appeared so logical and determined, and he was undoubtedly destined for greatness.
Eric crossed his arms, allowing Ryan to continue, intrigued by what other surprises Ryan might have in store.

Leaning against the desk, Ashley said with a smile, “Since you refuse 10 apologize, I no longer wish to proceed with the surgery. As you know, the hospital avoids having family members or people with conflicts involved in operations.”
“Are. Are you threatening me? Olivia seethed with anger. Not only had a child mocked her, but Eric was also standing by as if they were a family of four, with her as the outsider. She couldn’t tolerate it anymore. After all, this was the man who was meant to be her husband.
“Eric, look at the doctor you chose for me. She’s openly threatening me with my safety,” Olivia said, struggling to move closer to him. However, she lost her balance and tumbled from the wheelchair, hitting the ground hard.
Eric didn’t move to assist Olivia. He gazed down at her, studying her intently, wondering if this woman was truly the Olivia he knew. Her actions now seemed so unfamiliar to him. ‘Has she always been pretending to be pitiful in my presence? he asked himself.

Olivia was stunned, her mouth agape as she wondered if she had heard him correctly. Eric was siding with Alice and those brats, demanding she apologize when it was Alice who had seduced him.
‘Has he forgotten that I’m his fiancée Olivia wondered. “Eric, you want me to apologize? Fine, let me ask you. Why did you come here? Wasn’t it because she seduced you? You’ve ignored me for so long because of her!”
Olivia had completely lost her composure. Ignoring the maid who tried to help her, she screamed at everyone in the
office.
Ashley couldn’t help but let out a sneer as she looked at Olivia on the floor, for the very first time finding Olivia somewhat pathetic.
