I couldn’t believe my ears. She came late for no justifiable reason, and wanted to leave early.
“That wouldn’t be possible today” I replied. Apart from the fact that I didn’t want to encourage her slacking off. There was another reason which I didn’t want to admit. I was jealous. Janet was a very pretty lady, he could be attracted to her.
